Sonoff Dual R3 Smart Switch WiFi

This compact module installs behind standard wall switches and connects to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, allowing users to control devices remotely via the eWeLink app or through voice assistants like Alexa and Google Assistant. It supports two-way control, meaning physical switches can still be used alongside app or voice commands.

The switch mode allows independent control of two devices, while motor mode is ideal for controlling bidirectional motors (e.g., roller blinds). The meter mode enables real-time power consumption tracking, helping users monitor energy usage and optimize efficiency.

The Dual R3 supports scene automation, timers, and schedules, and includes overload protection. It requires a neutral wire and must be installed by a qualified electrician. The module is LoA and ICASA approved for use in South Africa.
