Oders are processed in 1 to 2 working days.
Expected delivery period in around Gauteng is 2 to 3 wrking days.
Shipping to other provinces takes 3 to 5 working days.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping to all South African Provinces.
Most used shipping method: The Courier Guy (Costs may vary based on their charges).
Shiping in general, costs depend on your locatonal distance and quantity.
There is no charge on items or good collected at the store, completely free.
Shipping for all oders above R2000 are done for free to all provinces.

We currently deliver within the nine provinces of South Africa only.
- Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
This tracking number can be used to monitor the status and progress of your delivery via The Courier Guy’s online platform.

In the event that a package is returned to Hive Controls due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, our team will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
- Damaged / Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing our support team at support@hivecontrols.tech with photo’s.
We will promptly investigate and assist you in resolving the issue.
