Delivery Policy

At Hive Controls, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered promptly, securely, and with the highest level of reliability. We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa via our trusted logistics partner, The Courier Guy.
1. Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days following confirmation of payment.
- Estimated delivery times to major cities range between 2–5 business days and regional / outlying areas: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Kindly note that outlying or remote areas may experience extended delivery timelines.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations.
2. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.
- Free shipping applies to orders over R2000.
- From time to time, Hive Controls may offer free delivery promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the relevant product pages or during checkout.
3. Delivery Area
We currently deliver within South Africa only.
4. Order Tracking
- Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- This tracking number can be used to monitor the status and progress of your delivery via The Courier Guy’s online platform.
5. Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to:
- Courier issues
- High order volumes
- Public holidays
We will communicate any significant delays.
6. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails:
- The courier may retry
- In the event that a package is returned to Hive Controls due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, our team will contact you to arrange redelivery.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
7. Damaged / Missing Items
- If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing our support team at support@hivecontrols.tech with photo’s.
- We will promptly investigate and assist you in resolving the issue.
