Returns

Products may be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.

Smart Switches: Kindly note that all smart switch installations must be carried out by a certified electrician. Failure to do so may render the product warranty void.

Warranty

Hive Controls offers a 12-month limited warranty on all products. Should a product exhibit defects attributable to manufacturing within 12 months of the purchase date, we will, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

Please be advised that this warranty excludes damage resulting from:

  • Improper use or handling
  • Accidental damage
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

To initiate a warranty claim, kindly complete the Warranty Form and return the item to us for assessment.

Faulty Products Procedure

If you suspect your product is faulty, please follow the steps below:

  1. Submit the Warranty Form and return the product to Hive Controls.
  2. Same-day Testing: Upon receipt, our technical team will conduct diagnostic testing.
  3. Outcome:
    • If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will replace it and ship it to you at no additional cost, or include it in your next scheduled order.
    • If the product is found to be fully functional, return shipping will be at your expense. Alternatively, we can dispatch it with your next order.
